Christmas at Home with the Brinkman's

Christmas time is one of our most favorite times of the year. This year was no different. Jake is almost 5 years old....we can't believe it...where does the time go? He is at the perfect age for Christmas :) This year he wanted a...truck with a four wheeler in the back and a garage for his cars. Well, Santa granted his wish for a truck with a four wheeler in the back, but Santa couldn't quite find the garage this year. So, Santa opted to give him several toy guns, camo jammies, house shoes, shirts, jacket, an 18 wheeler full of hot wheels and countless other goodies. I think Mike and I might have been more excited than Jake. No one ever told us how much fun being Santa and Mrs. Clause could be :) We hope you enjoy the pics!!!

Mother's Day 2008

We decided to go to Outback Steakhouse for dinner Mother's Day.

I am so blessed to have such a wonderful, beautiful Momma! Thank you Momma for bringing me into this world and for loving me the way you do :) God couldn't have given me a more perfect Momma!

Southaven Fishing Rodeo!

Jake went to his first fishing rodeo with his Daddy. It was really crowded and they didn't stay very long, but Jake was excited about having his own fishing pole and putting worms on it :) He caught a couple of fish. Maybe next time they can go out on Daddy's boat.

 

And the winner is.........

We live in a great subdivision and have wonderful neighbors! We have one neighbor that loves to race Jake and his buddy Tanner :) Jake races his Jeep, Tanner his Gator, and Mr. Oneil races his lawn mower!!!! Sometimes the boys like to switch and ride eachother's little machines.

The Children's Museum

I went to my Tee-ball buddy Braylon's birthday party at the Children's Museum last weekend. Braylon had a pirate birthday party and Jake had fun exploring the museum.

 

 

My Buddy, My Buddy, My Buddy and me!! Tanner is our next door neighbor and Jake loves to come home and play outside with him. He has become part of our family. They love to eat popsicles together :)
